Before becoming a leadership and team effectiveness coach, Claire spent over 20 years in the People function of large-scale blue chip organisations that were best in class for their industries and recognised as some of the best places to work globally due to their focus on people, people development and culture. Her career was grounded in the fast-paced, customer-centric world of international hospitality and the high-growth, disruptive environment of global technology sectors.
Having navigated the complexities of these industries, she understands the invisible challenges that leaders face: trying to keep cross-functional teams aligned, managing talent across regions, and ensuring that internal politics don't derail strategic goals. She knows what friction looks like at scale, and more importantly, she knows how much it impacts the bottom line.
Her coaching practice is built entirely on this foundation of real-world experience. She partners with business leaders to assess and elevate the effectiveness of their teams.
